Non-Starting SMTP Server

Buzz, I'll email you something that we ran into with our SMTP server after an HA/DR
role swap exercise where a couple of network tweaks were made that caused us a bit
of trouble.

We're trying to troubleshoot why the SMTP service will not stay running. It abends (level 30) and uses QDFTJOBD which we've configured to log 0 severity messages, but no joblog is found. Might there be a log somewhere out on the IFS?
