Indexes can only be created over a single table.
... but the query optimizer is able to use different indexes in the same
query for joined files. Sometimes it can even use different indexes for the
same table within the same query and then merge the results together (before
finally accessing the data) --> Index anding/oring - Index bitmap merge.
