I am 100000000000000000% on board with this, Pete.

HWMA and SWMA I can never get any assistance with. Every year it's someone
new, and every year it's like pulling teeth.

And now this year they say things have changed again and the person I dealt
with last year "forwarded the request to TLS". I don't even know what that
means. But, I still haven't seen anything.

My keys expire on 9/21/23. I haven't heard boo from them for a month.

This totally cracks me up! I can't even get IBM to invoice me for SWMA,
let alone pay it! *I* sent a renewal request to IBM on April 4th.
Response: You can renew up to 30 days before it expires (June 7th).
Resent the request May 6th. Crickets. Resent again May 9th. Response:
"Your request has been sent to the IBM Sales Team". Crickets. May
19th: Response. "a sales rep will contact you as soon as possible".
Crickets. Pinged again June 6th. Response: "
We had escalated this case again with the TLS team" Crickets. Pinged
again on June 12th. Response "We have not received any updates yet;"

If they want the revenue, they don't need a subscription program, just
fix their inane billing and invoicing system. There are some folks who
want to pay (like me). Just get me a &%$##!! invoice!
