Hi, Dan,
You are doing it the "hard" way ...
Try using the CRTPRXCMD command ... to create a "proxy" command ...
Your "use case" is exactly what "proxy" commands were designed for!  :-)
Hope that helps,

(Sorry for the fat-fingered Send on the earlier post.)

Trying to duplicate PDM commands to WLP, WOP, and WMP using CRTDUPOBJ.
Unfortunately, I do not have authority to do that.

I used TAATOOL's RTVCMDSRC to retrieve the source of the PDM commands.
Using all of the parms commented in the retrieved source, except for CMD
and SRCFILE, I was able to compile the command, but when I tried to run it,
I got MCH6801 "Object domain or storage protection error for offset  in
object QUOCPP."  (Violation type 1 "Object domain violation.")

So, now I am thinking of just creating my own command and CPP, where the
CPP simply takes the incoming parameters and calls the appropriate IBM PDM
command.  Is there a better way?
