From IBM:

The warning sign you are seeing is determined by the thresholds that are setup. System ASP (Auxiliary Storage Pool) is the main set of disk drives for the Operating System. You can adjust the thresholds as you desire by going to Navigator > Serviceability > Connection Properties > Thresholds

Serviceability is the "wrench" at the bottom.

I moved my "Warning" threshold to 70%.

Sorry. I reread this thread. I just assumed it meant that I was
approaching some arbitrary threshold. It didn't click on me to think it
meant that I had some disk issues. What you were confused about became
more apparent after I reread the thread.
I know they have some other things they want to add to that and that's
going to be some tight pixels of real estate.
