Hmm .. I assume the test that succeeded which you posted yesterday was an
interactive session.
For the nightly xfer can you try the same with the --batch option in the
command line?
Or have we already driven around that block?? I'm getting dizzy 🌀

Removing the --batch directive solved the issue.
--batch worked fine in GPG ver 3 but not in GPG ver 4
So it goes.
