Hi Dan
Glad it's doing what you want - the mystery is, how did it change? Unknown and unknowable, probably!

Thanks Marc and Vern!
Under "Point-and-select commands"
- "ENTER at cursor position" is unchecked
- "Enter string at cursor position" is checked
Both are now unchecked, and that resolved the issue. Thanks!

ACS Version 1.1.8.8
In the past, I could double-click a text on a 5250 screen and the
emulator would simply "select" the text. Just started a new job with
a fresh ACS install. Using this install, double-clicking the text does the following:
1. Selects the text
2. Pastes it at the location of the cursor 3. Performs an Enter key
Checkout "Point-and-select commands" in Edit/Preferences/Hotspots" panel.
Needless to say, it is rather annoying. Is this a bug? I don't ever
remember running into this issue before, and I've used 1.1.8.8 in
other shops without this issue.
