Hi All

I have been using the free Avalara sales tax calculator (TaxRatesByPostalCode API) for a few years and had been working great.
Starting June 1 it started returning incorrect results on some calls for WY and SC.

I have tried SEVERAL times to contact (email and phone) them and go no responses.

Is anyone else using this web service and had any new problems?

Not sure if it is fixable or we should look for an alternative.

They do have a "Chat with Sales" feature on their web page

You might try to social engineer your way into technical support starting
there!

Just out of curiosity, I see there is an interactive version on their web site. Have you tried to put in your data there and see if it returns valid? May not be the API, may be the data table. Just a thought.
