RESTLIBR from AS36 tape

We did a SAVELIBR of some libraries on an AS236 to tape (6348).

We have a 9406-270 with the same type/model tape drive.

We can do a DSPTAP TC to *PRINT and we see the contents of the tape (see below).

When we attempt to do a RESTLIBR it fails with this message.

RESTLIBR JDRAPER,,,,,,TC,REWIND,,JDRAPHF
RESTLIBR procedure is running

SYS3085 Options ( 123)
System function detected error during restore.

Any ideas?

We need to export some files and we can't do it on the AS36.
