He asked how to implement commitment control in embedded SQL (for the example I posted).
... and you answered he has to register all files in the journal!

From a midrange-l point of view just remember to have journaling
turned on for this file. Otherwise you won't be able to use commitment control.
Which is in this case not necessary because commitment control is (in this case) only necessary for the LOBLocator.
