When you order a PTF from Fix Central to be downloaded via SFTP you should
get an email from IBM with contents like the following:

Select one of the secure FTP methods below if you will be

using image catalogs. In the examples below, the

directory is named "fixes". You must store the files

in a path within the "root" (/) directory in IFS.



1- FTPS commands from the IBM i:

FTP RMTSYS('delivery01-bld.dhe.ibm.com') PORT(*DFT) SECCNN(*SSL)

Userid: (Type the userid here)

Password: (Type the password here)

ftp> locsite namefmt 1

ftp> lcd /fixes

ftp> ascii

ftp> cd CUME0620/C

ftp> get ftpCUME0620.txt

ftp> get ilstCUME0620.txt

ftp> get sha256.txt

ftp> binary

ftp> get CUME0620_1.bin

ftp> quit
