Worse than that, nothing that old is up on ESS for download any longer.

Now IF the customer HAS SWMA (how unlikely is THAT!?) they could get keys for the release. Without SWMA they have two strikes, no software AND No keys.

Fix central never had the software, only fixes. You need to get the
software from Entitled System Services (ESS). There you can download the
software, and get keys, but, you must be entitled to them.
