Agreed on STRSQL - if it IS possible, it's not going to be obvious, seems to me.


With ACS, I believe you need something to receive the value for an OUT parameter - I would expect that to be a global variable - you use the CREATE VARIABLE statement to make one you can use.


Have never done it, though - so this is just my sense of what it might be.
