I think not all of the QATMH* files are used now - we have 3 server members in QATMHINSTC and only 1 member in QATMHTTPC - the latter is used for the original web server, not for apache. You do not need to do a DSPxxx command at all -- the data is maintained in a set of DB2 tables in QUSRSYS with names that start with QATMH ...
