Y'all are misunderstanding the word "Emulator". There is life beyond 5250
emulation. That is not what he is talking about. He is talking about
emulating the whole IBM i platform on AIX.
Perhaps it was hard for you to grasp because most of us would simply fire
up an lpar (or vm) of IBM i on the same box. The closest thing to
emulating IBM i under AIX I can think of would be a reverse of what we do:
Have IBM i host AIX by virtualizing internal disk as a host to a guest lpar
of AIX.
