Passport Advantage Download 7.5

Hello Sages

Preparing for a 7.5 installation an IBM CE asked me to download 7.5 from
Passport Advantage
Now, I do have an IBM ID which I use extensively with several support
cases
But in PA my IBM ID is connected to a previous company that I have
worked for 15 years ago.
(and I see no option of updating my PA profile)

So,

1. Can I download the whole 7.5 package somewhere else?
2. How do I update my PA profile.
