Check out the shortcut to your sessions. IBM has inserted a call to which Windows program should invoke the acs program. If you remove that, it will start working again.
Make sure the target is just something like: C:\Users\Public\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64\acslaunch_win-64.exe
