1. You have to do STRDBG on the server.
2. You have to choose IBM i: Start Debug Service on VSCode

There are *2 parts* to debugging with VSCode ... the good ol' Debug Service
on the IBM i and a new TCP/IP port listener, the "Debug Server" to accept
your connection from VSCode.
