There are quite a few functions in Navigator I would prefer users stay out
of. Ie: TCP stuff, areas where work management are configured, etc.
I think that’s why the function usage is granular. The designers
recognized that might be the case long ago.
Can’t that same CL just have more statements that set it up the way you
prefer?

As a general rule I don't like playing whack-a-mole and blocking
tools. Instead I try to set up security on the objects in question.Like,
if the user shouldn't be in a particular output queue then secure thecan
output queue. Don't customize commands to omit that output queue, etc.

If you're part of the "If it isn't green, it isn't a screen" crowd you
find it in WRKFCNUSG. The GUI to access it is in Navigator.list
