If you have access to fix-central i usually send for
SF99750 and SF99751 at the same time.

this will get you the cumulative and all the group ptfs.

that will usually suffice for a new server install.

if you "really really" want all the PTFs you could to take the SF97750 PTF listing and craft your fix central request
