What LPP programs would NOT be part of OS? -- MIDRANGE-L

Still working on DR for client with old server.

Assuming I could find an old v5r2 or v5r3 server, which would come with the
OS, what IBM Licensed Programs would NOT be considered part of that OS?
I'm asking because it would probably be impossible to get IBM to license
such old versions now.

Would TCP/IP, HTTP Server, Query/400, iSeries Access, Java, and SQL be
included, or separate?. They don't use compilers, BRMS, no encryption.
