Apache server instance suddenly failing.

I have an apache server instance that has been running non-stop for months.
Suddenly stopped running and will not restart. We are seeing this...
I may need to find out the details about what happened just before it
stopped, but as of now I don't have those details...
Anybody have any clues based on this...?
