Just found this on IBM's support site doing a google search.
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/access-client-solutions-and-windows-11-version-22h2-windows-default-console
I have tried option 2 and it works like it used to.
Thanks,
Greg Martin

I just started to get this window after updating Windows 11 to 22H2with
(KB5019509). Must be some change in the security settings for Windows
the update. It is annoying and when you just run the base ACS or Run SQLa
Scripts, you just get a black screen.
Thanks,

It has to be something in your configuration. I'd remove it completely

Subject: [EXTERNAL] new win11 machine - acs. dos box opens prior to
emulator start
I just got a new pc, went from win10 to win11.
when I click my hod icon, I have a window for
c:\ACS\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64\acslaunch_win-64.exe
if I close that window, my emulator window closes as well.
anybody else have this problem?
