IBM Fix central pages display text in Chinese -- MIDRANGE-L

When I login to IBM Fix Central and select view all my cases the text is
displayed in Chinese.
Has anyone else experienced this? I can see in my profile that I have set
English as my default.
I've been using Fix Central for a very long time, and have never seen this.
