Re: Activation groups and service program cleanup

The variables will be reset when the SERVICE activation group is 
reclaimed.  This will happen when one of the following happens:

1) It is explicitly reclaimed with the RCLACTGRP command (or equivalent API)

2) The first procedure in the call stack that's in the SERVICE program 
ends abnormally.  (The call to a procedure crashes)

3) The entire job ends (sign off, or batch job completes, etc.)

It has nothing to do with the CLLE job stream program, since that's in a 
different activation group.
