Jack,

I know that helps maintain your "Champion" Status, but sometimes IBM needs to hear the truth. The surveys constantly hitting is way more annoying than I can express, plus it just interrupts real work. Gives our competition more fodder for the FUD game.

To tell the truth, I usually give 'em all 10's and when they ask the
reason, I tell em: IBM is the best.
