Assuming a TS4300 tape monster has similar options to a TS2900, the
*UNLOAD option rewinds the tape and positions it in the drive so that
the robotics can grab it and do something with it. Distinct from an
EJECT.
Normally, a RMVTAPCTG command for the MLB device and either a
cartridge ID or a category are 'removed' (ie placed in the 'door')
from the MLB.
We use the 'random' mode....
