Ouch, why did your partner not correct the software level? Paying P30 support on a P10 system does not make sense. (unless of course at some point in the near future you believe you'll be back into an enterprise class system)

We lost that serial number a long time ago. But yes we have been transferring the licenses forever. Still paying for a P30 license on some software when running a P10.
