Thanks Rob. Something made the cloud provider do that (they also maintain
the HA system) and I'll have to talk to them later about this.

Yes that was my plan but I've just found out that something is wrong with
our journals and all of the sequence #'s are -1. Someone else knew about
this but I didn't. I wrote an RLA program to write all records to another
file but delete the RECID if it's already there. So I got the last one I
needed.
