There's a flaw with the DSPFD technique. You should see the number of rows returned by this:
select table_schema, table_name, table_partition, source_type, last_change_timestamp, last_source_update_timestamp
from qsys2.syspartitionstat
where source_type is not null
and last_change_timestamp <> last_source_update_timestamp
Quick scan often shows a difference of months.
