Assuming that there's always a new cume whenever there's a new TR,
and the cume letters for 7.5 and 7.4 both say
The next cumulative package is scheduled for 09 Dec 2022.
I'm thinking the second half TR will be later than normal.

Gee that's the Friday before our December downtime. Which means we put the latest cume on our production systems first as we do our backup systems earlier in the week. Yee haw!
What, delay a quarter and wait? Never!
