Greetings, The New Navigator ‘today’ does not have the same IFS tree interface. This is something that is being worked on.

While we don’t have an IFS tree view, we do have under the My Work section, the ability to see the Libraries and IFS files that are owned by the currently signed on user ID.

subject: IBM Navigator for i - IFS missing

Recently my admin upgraded our system and ACS; and we have the new IBM
Navigator for i. In the old version the IFS was listed. This new version
all I show a link to under File System is 'File Shares' which is very
limiting on what files/folders can be accessed. I suspect this is a
setting issue, or at least I'm hoping? My admin doesn't seem to know and
is seeking out training on the new Navigator, but I thought I'd stop here
and hope someone else has run into this.
