Anyone in the know?

When NTP (Network Time Protocol) client is started it seems to use
the lowest TCP IP interface configured.
There are several TCP interfaces configured and it so happens that
the
lowest
IP (10.10.10.1) is used for a direct connection to another IBMi and
has no
access to the internet.
The IP to use is 192.168.168.59
What I do then is to end the 10.10.10.1 interface before starting the
NTP
client
and start it after NTP has been started.

Is there a way to configure the IP interface for NTP ?

Which is the servers ie time sources for the i System ?
Remember please configure at least three !

They don't need to be independent of each other - the three or four
time sources can be in a mutual-coop with each other config with an
outside reliable source for each of them.

If the time source is only reachable via one interface, what happends
then ?

Though: can System i run at all as a real NTP server (NOT SNTP) ?
