Hi Steve,

One possibility is that you have a CCSID misconfiguration on your system. The [] characters have different code points in different flavors of EBCDIC, so if you have a CCSID mismatch, it won't recognize these characters properly, and it'll end up not replacing the letters 'Red'.

Just a thought.
