Do you have transformation services loaded ? Should handle IPDS. Unless it's not really IPDS data........

I tried the following command
CPYSPLF FILE(SKDTAGUK) TOFILE(*TOSTMF) JOB(177402/SKDTAG45C/TNTITANSC1) SPLNBR(000001) TOSTMF('/ashore/ipds') WSCST(*PDF) And the following message was displayed Data cannot be transformed.

Recovery . . . : Specify a spooled file with a supported data stream for
the transform and try the request again.
