Another option is the command exit point.
WRKREGINF EXITPNT(QIBM_QCA*)
I've used this to change all email uses of SNDDST to another emailer.
This way I did not have to modify any existing programs.
Another use was to change the signoff command to generate a pdf version
of the joblog and send it to me whenever someone uses QSECOFR.

Any chance the source code for that Exit Program to send QSECOFR joblogs
is available on line?
