Call XXXX ('XYZ')

Is the correct "syntax", I don't remember if you can do it with STRSQL or
not...I always use ACS.

Two things that trip people up
- literals are treated as VARCHAR, not CHAR
- SQL vs SYSTEM naming, and rather or not the LIBL is searched for the
store proc.

CALL MYLIB.XXXX(char('XYZ'))

Should take care of both issues.
