With a technology refresh you are best off to manually watch the system,
since there might be another one coming, depending completely on the PTF
mix on your system.

To avoid some of that in the future, you need to apply the precursor PTFs
for the TR, before trying to apply everything else.

We almost always do it manually because we watch the group/cumulative
application anyway.
