Let me rephrase this: Are you talking about the Navigator with the
compass icon?
If so, that is what Eric was mentioning is unsupported.
This is what you want:

Not this:

There are also parts in:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-navigator-i
Which varies widely based on the version of your IBM i and the age of your
PTF's.
