Re: IBM net.data error 3021

In addition, the error number looks like something you get when a C/C++ function fails - DSPMSGD CPE3021 to get something wrong with a parameter set. You might look before this error in your joblog and see what you see.

I also suggest identifying the from and to programs on the message - should be easily found in the joblog.
