We at iInTheCloud are specialists at such things.
You can do DR with us:
Replicate backup tapes to our site and in case of emergency, we restore
your data to a partition here and you then come up on this partition.
Cheapest and slowest. And your data is as of last backup.
You can do HA with us:
Replicate your data to us live, for example with MIMIX. You can then do
backups here if you'd like and replicate tapes back to your site. In the
case of emergency you can role-swap to us rapidly.
More expensive but much faster, and your data is current.
