The OP was asking about converting a PDF to a CSV file, not create PDFs
from spooled files.

But if it was converting spooled files to PDF, why not support a long time
ISV with probably the original spooled file to PDF creator... SPLTOOL. :)
Much more configurable, merging, inserting images or barcodes, overlays,
etc. Years before IBM had it as an offering. :)

Push comes to shove, you can use ACS as a plugin to create it as well.
(Still requires TS1) but that's still a bunch of work when you don't really
need to do much at all.
