We have a user that has had their profile disabled a few times recently
due to exceeding the number of signon attempts.

Message CPF1393 can be seen in the history log.

System does not have the audit journal enabled.

I am trying to find when and from what ip address the invalid attempts
originated but I am not seeing any invalid attempts in the log.

I deliberately tried to log on with an invalid password and could see this
in the log using;

SELECT *
FROM TABLE(QSYS2.HISTORY_LOG_INFO(current timestamp - 1 day)) X
WHERE message_id = 'CPF2234';

But running this going back to where the user that I am trying to
investigate I do not see any messages CPF2234 for that user.

I looked at the SQL examples in iACS but did not see anything that helped.

Any suggestions on what I can search for in the history log to identify
the invalid attempts ?

Thank you for any replies.

Don
