Simple solution.
Go into New Navigator.
Bookmarks
IBM Digital Certificate Manager for i
Open or Create the *SYSTEM store
"Populate with CAs"
Simple as pie!
Tried the SQL before/after doing the above on a rather new lpar.
Definite fix, at least for twilio. I had, like no root certs prior to
that.
