Got distracted and thought I sent this earlier. Here goes...
I'll also say that if it really has been since 2017 then it may be a little out of the normal to get current with PTF's. Skipping 8 or 9 TR levels and all. I remember a couple getting really upset about that. You just might be better off doing the "Replacing Licensed Internal Code and IBM i of the same version and release" to get the latest resave as outlined here and just change Knowledge Center to the version you are running

And if they pull the bunk about might as well wait for the next release then remind them they are likely to need some PTF's applied to get to that release.
