The IBM prof. Services product allows for that. I’d check it out. Not a normal LPP but a utility from Rochester.

IBM has a couple of options for MFA. These cover all the normal
interface, ie anywhere you have a user profile to sign in with. Except
when in restricted state.

IBM i lab services has an asset for MFA details at -

IBM also has the PowerSC offering - https://www.ibm.com/products/powersc
Note.. The PowerSC option does work well for IBM i, I have used it, but
there is little to no info about IBM i on their product page... but
know...it does work.
