Yes, we have some web services running and there are few java apps but when using all mentioned options, I could not find any IFS directory that is eating our disk space.
Worst one was like 10 GB of logs.

Are you running a web server (or something similar) that generates log files in the IFS?
Do you have a Java application that occasionally crashes and produces dump files in the IFS?
