So IBM removed the hertiage Nav Dashboard when going to new Nav. OK.

If IBM ever manages to get new Nav working consistently, I'll look into
creating my own like you suggest.

Well, this is called the 'dashboard'. While it shows the statuses of the
stuff you mentioned it does not show it in graph form.

If you click on a system you will see the graphs

But if you go back to the dashboard there is an option to create custom
charts as shown here
