ACS Copy Spool File to PDF Which feature is missing?



I lease a partition from Krengeltech. When I use the option in ACS to get
data from a spoolfile in this partition I can easily load it as a PDF.
Everything is fine.





But when I do the same ? using the same install of ACS ? on a client machine
I can only load is a text file. PDF is not an available option.





My question is: To me it seems that some operating system feature is missing
on the client system. What feature is that? I will try to get them to order
it ASAP when it can be identified?
