Subject: What kind of nut clips for 7014-T00 IBM 36U rack?

I have a few 36U racks in our Michigan data center which I believe are IBM 7014-T00 racks and I'm trying to remember them. They have round holes instead of square holes and take nut clips instead of cage nuts, right?
I think the IBM part number was 74F1823 for the clips and they took an M5 screw.
Does this sound right?
Where can I get some?
